MEET THE OWNER

Morgan Desiree is the founder and creative force behind Type A Consulting Agency. With a background spanning creative strategy, brand management, event production, project coordination, and business operations, she's built her work around one thing: bringing ideas to life with intention.

She's equal parts creative thinker and strategic planner. The person who can see the vision, map out the process, anticipate what's missing, and make sure every detail has a purpose. For Morgan, it's never been about simply checking something off a list. It's about understanding the bigger picture, creating meaningful experiences, and building the structure that allows people and businesses to thrive.

Her approach is personal, thoughtful, and rooted in the belief that excellence doesn't happen by accident. It comes from asking the right questions, paying attention to the details, and genuinely caring about the outcome.

Through Type A, Morgan has created a space where her love for creativity, organization, and problem-solving comes together to support brands, entrepreneurs, and visionaries who are ready to take their ideas further.

BIG IDEAS? WE LIKE THOSE.

You've got the vision. We've got a thing for making it happen.

A NOTE FROM MORGAN

"I've always been the person who sees the vision and immediately starts thinking about how we're going to make it happen. I love the creative side of things, but I'm just as passionate about the planning, the structure, and all the little details people don't always see. To me, that's where the real work happens.

I created Type A because I wanted to build something that brings both sides together. A space where creativity doesn't get lost in the logistics and where big ideas have the support they need to become something real.

At the end of the day, I want people to feel confident knowing that when they bring their vision to us, we're going to care about it like it's our own."
